Guest Experiences of Luxury Living
There are not enough great things I can say about the Rosemont Residences. After over a decade in the building I can honestly say that it keeps evolving and improving in almost every aspect. It’s been a pleasure staying here and making countless great memories and looking forward to many more.
If I had to pick just a few things to say in this review, I would start with the people. The staff are kind, wonderful and generous. They treat you like a VIP with every opportunity they can. They are great at problem solving and are grateful for your tenancy. The hiring has been consistently like this for years. Physically speaking, the building regularly upgrades it’s amenities, and repairs things in a timely fashion. The location is fantastic, and the culture around the building rubs off on the residents. They also have fair and competitive pricing for all of their offerings. It’s a gem. Excellent value all around. I have many more personal memories and other things I could share, but I will end with saying my friends and family even love visiting and staying over whenever they can.

I’ve lived at The Rosemont for 10+ years and haven’t dreamt of looking for anything elsewhere.
Being in the heart of Downtown TO, everything I need is literally on the doorstep – be it entertainment or transit and it’s surprisingly quiet considering the location.
The management and concierge teams are great and maintenance requests are handled quickly.
I’d recommend The Rosemont Residences to everyone!

A amazing place with views of the CN tower. This place was sparkling clean, safe, modern, comfortable and has all the amenities you would need. The Check-in and out procedures are super easy. Concierge staffs are very nice! Perfect location cloese to CN Tower, Eaton Center, Tiff bell light box, theater, all the restaurants, cafes, shoppers drug mart, union staion and some touristic attraction you may think of at a 5 to 15 minute walk. I would highly recommend the Rosemont. Thanks Brian!

Building management, security, concierge, and the entire staff are extremely professional, polite, ethical, and very customer-focused. I really enjoyed staying at this building. These guys should be a role model for other neighboring buildings… it’s been a pleasure staying at Rosemont 🙂
Great Location, Great Service!
Clean, well planned spacious furnished units with excellent service. I spent a few weeks here with my children and we had a very happy experience. All the staff we interacted with were helpful and solution oriented. Everyone I spoke to with a question worked to get me an answer, and provide a response to my request. The units were clean, sensibly furnished and well equipped.
Very conveniently located close to public transport, lots of good eats and entertainment.)
